On 08/23/23, Troopers and VPSOs in Glennallen responded to a disturbance in the Village of Kluti Kaah.
AST contacted a David Nicholas who was intoxicated and had locked his mother out of her apartment. AST investigation revealed that David was on conditions not to consume alcohol. David was arrested and held at the Glennallen Trooper Post for violating his conditions of release.
