Family Potluck

The Copper Valley Chamber of Commerce hosted a potluck and dessert auction at the Copper Valley Air Hangar on April 25, 2023.  It was well attended and enjoyed by all.

There were scrumptious main dishes, salads, breads, seafood and home made sausage among the many potluck food items brought.  Eric Lutz did a great job leading the dessert auction as the auctioneer with an occasional joke by Bruce Cain.

Rebecca Boniek, Jordanny Sutherland and Aurora Trimmer displayed the desserts and watched for bidders.

The auction raised $845 to support the important work of the Copper Valley Chamber of Commerce visitor center.

This amount was $200 higher than last year.  There were cheesecakes, pies, and many other delightful treats.  Jaime Matthews, CEO of Copper Valley Electric Association, gave a great talk on how the community and the utility are working together to reduce and prevent power outages.

The Copper Valley Chamber of Commerce would like to thank everyone who brought their good company, food, desserts and bid on auction items.

--Bruce Cain, Secretary
