ATTENTION: 
MISSING PERSON LAST SEEN NEAR SUMMIT LAKE 

 Raymond Carey Went Missing July 4th
Wearing Green Shirt, Green Pants And Gray-Green Hat 

Raymond Carey was reported missing on July 4th. He walked away from Summit Lake at around 3 pm, and was last seen walking north, toward Delta Junction. 

Troopers said he had some mental health issues, and "can become confused easily and not know where he is." He was last seen wearing a green shirt, olive-colored pants, and a grayish green hat. He was reported to have a briefcase with him. He does not have a cell phone or credit cards.
