Early Morning "Moving Violation" Led To Arrest

On 07/16/2022 at approximately 0105 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a red Chevy pickup for a moving violation.
The driver was identified as Andrea Hand, age 34 of Chitina. Investigation revealed Hand was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Andrea provided a sample of her breath resulting in .322 BrAC. Andrea was released to a sober party with a date to appear in court.
