On 06/04/2022 at approximately 2151 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a orange pickup truck driving on the shoulder near 110 mile of the Richardson Highway.
The driver was identified as Dallas Hershberger, age 23 of Wisconsin. Investigation revealed Hershberger was driving while under the influence and was arrested for DUI. Hershberger provided a sample of his breath resulting in .218 BrAC. Hershberger was released with a court date to a sober party.
