On 06/04/2022 at approximately 1930 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevy pickup truck for speeding on the Glenn Highway in Glennallen.
The driver was identified as Daniel Varra, age 28 of Glennallen. Investigation revealed Daniel was driving under the influence and placed under arrest for DUI. Daniel provided a sample of his breath resulting in .300 BrAC. Daniel was released to a sober party with a date to appear in court.
