On 10/07/2022 at approximately 1956 hours, AST contacted John Riley, age 57 of Willow at the Bush Bottle Liquor Store for showing signs of being impaired when stepping out of his vehicle. 

Investigation revealed Riley was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Riley provided a sample of his breath resulting in .178 BrAC. Riley was released with conditions of release and with a date to appear in court.
